Please arrive with hair clean, fully detangled and ready for braiding unless a shampoo or detangling service has been booked. Additional time required for detangling or hair preparation will be charged accordingly.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Payment for your service is due at your appointment
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the booked service value to the card provided at booking
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the booked service value. Future appointments may require prepayment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on the time available. A late cancellation fee may apply if the appointment can no longer be accommodated.
Deposits for Specialty Services
Certain specialty or high-value services, including some extension services, may require a deposit. Any deposit requirement and applicable terms will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
