Appointment Deposit Policy:
Appointment Deposit = 50% of Booked Appointment Value
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
> All clients with must provide a 50% deposit at time of booking appointment.
> Deposit refund will only apply if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with Cancellation Policy below.
> Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment / or for which clients are a No-Show, will incur fee in accordance with Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy below.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 48 hours advance notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee = 50% of Booked Appointment Value
My time is valuable, and so is yours. When you book an appointment with Cary, I commit to be available to serve you. If you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be apply.
Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment / or for which clients are a No-Show, will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service amount. Clients greater than 15-min late to their appointment will be recorded as No-Show.
